Palmetto Pointe is a new residential waterfront development with 98 lots on South Carolina’s 50,000 acre Lake Murray, Palmetto Pointe offers a rare opportunity for lakefront lot owners to own beautiful unobstructed views all the way to the water, The 125-acre development is located near Clouds Creek and the Little Saluda River along two miles of pristine shoreline and was just completed in early 2021. Lot owners began building homes in 2020, and the community currently has 40 new homes completed and have moved into their dream lake home.
